Our leadership team combines practical industry knowledge with an understanding of the challenges facing today’s builders, architects and engineering firms, from managing technical capacity and changing workloads to improving productivity and maintaining consistent delivery.
Supporting our leadership is a multidisciplinary team of architects, designers, estimators, BIM specialists, detailers and project support professionals who bring specialist expertise to the clients and projects they support.

My leadership experience includes executive roles in design-led development and wellness-focused real estate, where I have driven growth through strategic partnerships, operational excellence, and the integration of sustainability and performance into housing at scale.
Luchie Bury
GLOBAL OPERATION & CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS MANAGER
I work between our clients and our delivery teams, making sure the way work is scoped, resourced and run fits how each builder actually operates. Most of my focus is the operational detail — turnaround, communication and quality — that decides whether a partnership holds up over time.
Ada Tenikaityte
BIM MANAGER
I look after our BIM standards and how our models are set up, coordinated and delivered, so what leaves us fits into the client’s environment instead of needing rework. Much of the job is holding quality steady as teams, software and project types change.
